Fitness & Wellness

It's easier to face the world when you have energy, health and confidence. Training the body is getting into that good head-space - and grateful mindset. I've never been able to afford much for clothes, but I could be wearing nothing but rags or worn work wear and still be presenting my best self everywhere (nice clothes are good - but that isn't what counts in the end). I highly recommend intensity training and working at intervals (like 6-15 or so 100 m sprint sets, gradually building intensity - you can jog or walk in between sets), plus starting light with weights and working towards the heavier, building up your complete body and every muscle, while circulating blood to the brain... and heart.  Moments In Time
